  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

  • Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together applesauce, water, oil (or extra applesauce), vanilla extract, and vinegar until combined.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spices until evenly distributed.
