Ingredients
- ¾ cup peach preserves
- ¼ cup bourbon
- 4 salmon filets (1½ pounds)
- 2 medium peaches (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Garlic, salt, black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix peach preserves, bourbon, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Reserve half the marinade and marinate the salmon in the remaining mixture for at least 30 minutes.
