  • 4 zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 23 teaspoons medium or mild chili powder (add to your taste)
  • 2 teaspoons chili oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Spiralize zucchinis into noodles; cut them to preferred length.
  2. Toss zoodles with salt in a colander; let sit for 30 minutes to draw out moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, garlic, coconut aminos, sesame oil, chili powder, and honey/maple syrup.
  4. Squeeze excess moisture from zoodles before adding to the sauce.
  5. Mix zoodles into the sauce until well coated.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
