  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallows crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and evenly press the dough into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown; allow to cool completely.
  7. Spread the vegan marshmallows crème over the cooled base.
  8. Melt the remaining chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl; pour over marshmallow layer.
  9. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm, then cut into squares.
