  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with sour cream until combined.
  5. Layer half the batter in the Bundt pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then add remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon-sugar.
  6. Swirl gently with a knife and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
