  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Cooking spray or oil, for baking or air frying
  • Sweet chili sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, imitation crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into rounds and flatten each into 4-inch disks.
  4. Spoon about 1½ tablespoons of filling onto each disk, fold edges over the filling, and pinch to seal.
  5. Place on a greased baking sheet or in an air fryer basket seam-side down.
  6. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with sweet chili sauce.
