- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook each breast for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add remaining 1 tbsp of butter and minced garlic; sauté for one minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir until thickened.
