  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Cajun seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear chicken until golden brown; top with Parmesan in the last minute.
  3. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in remaining butter. Add heavy cream and Velveeta; stir until smooth.
  5. Mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until thickened; adjust with reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Toss cooked linguine in the creamy sauce and serve with seared chicken on the side.
