- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
- If using fresh corn, grill until lightly charred, then cool and cut kernels from the cob. For frozen corn, thaw and drain well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
