Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1 small sweet onion
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 small head cabbage
- Soy sauce or tamari
- Olive oil
- Garlic and ginger
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until nearly done.
- Push meat aside and sauté diced onion in the remaining oil for 3–4 minutes. Add carrots, garlic, and ginger; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in cabbage, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 12–15 minutes until cabbage is tender.
