Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken evenly and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown; let rest before slicing.
  3. For the sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream until thickened; set aside.
