- 1–2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (to taste)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk (to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare a muffin tray with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter with molasses and let cool slightly.
