Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vinegar (as a Worcestershire sauce alternative)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices Turkey Bacon (cooked and crumbled; optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
- Add grilled shrimp on top along with chopped romaine lettuce.
- Roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up and slice in half to serve.
