  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • Fresh parsley, chives, thyme

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes: Peel and cube the Yukon Gold potatoes into uniform pieces. Rinse under cold water.
