Instructions

  2. Add diced onions and cook until softened; stir in chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix in undrained chili beans, tomato juice, sugar, and broken pasta; stir well.
  4. Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
