  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 medium carrots (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
