  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken in a large resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over and ensure each piece is coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Clean grates and lightly oil them.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade (discard excess) and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
