- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- 12 oz mini Reese’s, chopped
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and milk; mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Layer peanut butter cheesecake mixture in cups, followed by chopped Reese's and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Top with whipped cream.
- Repeat layers until cups are filled. Finish with extra whipped cream and a mini Reese’s on top.
