  • ½ cup raw walnuts
  • 1 ¼ cups cooked pearled barley
  • 1 cup cooked pinto or black beans
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Sauté chopped onions and sliced mushrooms in a large pan over medium-low heat until softened (about 15 minutes). Add minced garlic, thyme, and smoked paprika; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
