- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 lb chicken breast (uncooked, sliced)

- 8 oz spaghetti (uncooked; gluten-free if desired)
- 1 cup red cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup yellow cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced zucchini for about 5 minutes until soft and slightly browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another teaspoon of olive oil and cook sliced chicken seasoned with salt for about 5–7 minutes until fully cooked. Mix in basil pesto.
- Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
- Combine drained spaghetti with the chicken mixture, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and additional basil pesto over low-medium heat until warmed through.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
