  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar until mixed well.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar where the base will sit.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar and cover it completely with remaining shredded cheese.
  4. Gather the cling wrap around the mixture to form a round shape and secure tightly using rubber bands.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Remove from wrap and add a bell pepper stem on top for decoration.
