  • 1 cup (8 ounces) mascarpone cheese
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • Pinch of cloves
  • Pinch of coarse kosher salt
  • 1 (15-ounce) can 100% pumpkin puree

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and half of the eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add remaining eggs, vanilla extract, light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Blend well.
