  • 5 cups Rice Krispie cereal

  • 10 ounces caramel candies
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by buttering it.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt 5 tablespoons of butter; add vegan marshmallows and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  3. In another saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, caramels, and remaining butter; melt over medium heat until smooth.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture over the Rice Krispie base in the prepared dish, spreading evenly and sprinkling sea salt on top. Let it cool for about 15 minutes.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until bubbling; pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until melted.
  6. Drizzle the chocolate over the cooled caramel layer and sprinkle more sea salt before slicing into squares.
