- 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 7 ounces shredded Kerrygold aged cheddar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Stir in diced zucchini and cook until slightly softened.
- Mix in cooked groats, diced tomatoes, oregano, smoked paprika, and fresh basil; combine well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
