- 8 oz lobster meat
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 8 oz jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt half a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lobster and crab meat, cooking just until heated through. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the seafood mixture with cream cheese and half a cup of shredded mozzarella; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions, drain, and cool slightly.
- Prepare the sauce by melting remaining butter in the same skillet. Whisk in flour until it turns golden, then gradually add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan and remaining mozzarella until smooth.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread cheese sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and arrange them in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
