  • 20 oz refrigerated three cheese tortellini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 6 oz chicken stock
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Fresh baby spinach
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink; remove and set aside.
