  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth; fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish and bake for 18-23 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool brownies completely before frosting with a mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and whipped topping.
  5. Crush sandwich cookies in a food processor with strawberry syrup; sprinkle over frosted brownies.
