  • 1/2 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Chop the zucchini and onion into bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-low heat, then sauté the chopped onion for about 3-5 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Increase heat to medium, add chopped zucchini along with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and hoisin sauce, then cook for about 5-8 minutes until tender-crisp.
